Creating a Bootable Windows 10 Drive

You can't just use dd to create a bootable drive as you would with a Linux Distro

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt update
sudo apt install woeusb
sudo woeusbgui

From there just follow the GUI prompts.

Note: To install on a Surface you must have secure boot enabled.
