macOS makes it quite easy to replace app icons which is especially convenient for apps that don't use the new rounded square design guidelines.
Find icon as a .icns
<cmd> + c to copy icon after downloading
In finder, right click app and select get info
Click the icon in top left and <cmd> + v to paste new icon
